Luxury w/Mountain Views + Ski-in/Ski-out - Pines 75 Townhome

Winter or summer in this beautiful Pines 75 Townhome will satisfy all your mountain expectations, with ski-in/Ski-out access onto the 4 o'clock ski run and hiking and biking right out the front door. Enjoy the mountain elegance of this home with a private feeling on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 5-minute drive to the town of Breckenridge and the base of Peak 8.

The great room features a stunning rock fireplace, high ceilings, and large windows looking at the mountains - the perfect way to relax with friends and family on comfortable couches and sofa chairs. Off the back deck, watch Mule deer and moose roam in the bushes next to the Four O'Clock Ski Run as you soak in the private outdoor hot tub.

A well-equipped galley kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing family meals with high-end appliances and bar seating for chatting with the chef or coffee in the morning. A dining area seats 6 nearby.

On the main level is a queen suite with a private balcony, TV, and private bath. On the upper level is the primary king suite with stunning mountain views, a large sleigh bed, and a private bath. Another room with two twin beds and a hall bathroom sits nearby. An upper loft with a desk is available to sneak in some remote work between adventures.

Retreat to the lower-level family room and relax on a large sectional couch for movie night. The couch doubles as a queen sleeper sofa. Kids will love the lower-level bunk room with a twin over queen bunk and hall bath.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and a 1-bay garage with parking for 2 cars total. Parking is strictly enforced by the HOA - no parking is allowed on the street or in snow storage areas.

Four-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

SKI ACCESS
The green-rated 4 O'Clock ski run is alongside the back of the residence, with each access from the garage where you'll store your skis.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Great house. Good space. Management was great with communication. Hot tub was not working correctly and they got on it quickly and had it working the next day. Easy ski in/out was a huge plus for our group.

Excellent!!!

This house was exactly as pictured and described. It met all of our expectations and then some. It was very clean, and had a beautiful view!!! It was very spacious, and comfortable. We really loved that this was a true ski in/out and left from our driveway every morning. We could also ski home on the 4 o’clock run. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Overall, we had an excellent experience !

Kids could even just ski in for a drink of water. Super close to 4 o’clock run. You do have to take skis off to close road to get on the snowflake run but wasn’t a big deal. House had plenty of place settings and utensils. Hot tub was easy to use.

Great checkin, Paragon staff is super. The text messages and door codes were convenient and helpful. We had a couple of issues, the heater on the hot tub did not work and the pans in the kitchen were cheap and did not have non-stick surfaces, flipping pancakes was a fiasco. The view is only out the back and at a small field, very limited. The beds and linens were excellent and the kitchen equipment except for the pans was adequate.

Great Family Vacation Stay with our Adult Children, Party of 6

Plenty of bedrooms on different floors to spread out but perfect areas to gather, cook, eat, play games, and watch movies together. The location was great to explore Breckenridge and venture out to surrounding areas for other adventures. Paragon lodging was great to work with and they provided timely information during booking, leading up to the stay, and during the stay. There were only a few things we might recommend for future guests. There is no air conditioning and the rooms on the middle and top level were very warm for sleeping in the summer. We found box fans in the upper bedrooms which helped, but the middle floor bedroom did not have a fan and many of the windows throughout the house did not have screens. The other issue was the hot tub never being warm enough to use. The temperature never got much warmer than luke warm. This was not a huge deal for us, but it is used as a selling point for the home. Overall, the house is lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pines 75 was a nice place to stay with our group of friends. The amenities were great and the home was in good condition. The only issue is that it is a little bit off the slope, and we had to go down the road a few houses to ski in ski out. There were only 5 hot tub towels in the home for the 12 of us staying, and the only way to get more was to go into town to the office and pick them up, that was also a little inconvenient. Other than that it was a great stay and we were very happy!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have no issues with Paragon Lodging as they were sufficient in all aspects of securing the property. Their check in process definitely needs to be re-evaluated. The condition of the Townhouse was below what I expected. The Pines 75 has paint peeling from the wall as you walk in. The carpet is well worn will several buckles through-out, several of the light fixtures do not work (burnt out bulbs), half the windows do not open or have a screen, several windows have a screen that is bent, twisted or does not fit. The lower level door wall screen did not open or close easily at all. The overall condition is old and tired looking. Pines 75 needs updating and some tlc.

Easy to town as well! Great location that we would definitely do again!
