âœč GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire condo. You will also have shared access to the resort amenities, including a pool and hot tub, theater room, game room, and fitness center, all just a short walk away.

âœč COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack (For initial arrival) of paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, tissues, laundry detergent, toiletries, and dishwasher soap, etc. Depending on your needs, a suggestion would be to pick-up supplies for your stay when out shopping for other provisions as they are not restocked during the stay including the hand towels, and towels (which can be washed in the in unit washer/dryer).

There’s a supermarket conveniently located near the bottom of the gondola downtown Breckenridge, as well as a Walmart and several other stores in Frisco and Silverthorne, just off I-70.

âœč PARKING: Free heated parking is available in the heated underground parking garage.

âœč WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the condo. You’ll also find meeting rooms and a business center on-site, perfect for remote work.

âœč NO PETS: We have a strict no-pet policy. Thank you for understanding.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-bedroom condo in Breckenridge! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. The location was ideal, just minutes from the lifts, shops, and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Excellent ski in and ski out location

This condo overlooks rips ride chair lift, we were easily able to get our skis from ski valet and jump on the five chair or take a short walk to rips ride. This was very convenient given we have young children. My kids loved the indoor pool area as well as the bowling alley. Not a lot of food options on the mountain at night but we did cook in and go into town a few nights. Excellent communication with the host and easy and free underground parking. Wound definitely come back again

Everything you’d want & more!

Michelle was an incredible host and the property was perfect for a family vacation of skiers and non-skiers. Having kids in ski school and daycare, the property was so convenient to allow for easy, smooth morning drop offs without frantically loading in a car or shuttle. The other amenities like the pool and bowling were our infant’s favorite! We will certainly be back!
