Located on the second floor in the Ski and Racquet Club Condominiums at the south end of Breckenridge, you'll be just three blocks from Main Street and the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift at Peak 9. Navigation within town is made easy with a free shuttle service, so park your car in the covered, assigned parking, store your gear in your private locker, and take the elevator up to your home away from home.

The fresh paint, tile, and carpet throughout give this homey condo a warm, clean feel. A laid-back vibe here keeps guests focused on having fun.

After an exhilarating day on the slopes, retire to the living room, which features soft, comfortable furnishings and a big leather recliner. Watch some cable TV shows or slide a DVD into the player and watch a movie. Surf the internet to check snow conditions with the complimentary WiFi while you listen to your favorite music on the stereo.

Just off the living room is the dining area, with a table that seats six. Treat your guests to the delectable meal you just whipped up in the kitchen, featuring all standard appliances, including a dishwasher. Then linger a bit longer for a fun night of games or puzzles made possible by the selection available in this home.

Morning preparations will be made easy with a second full bath, and to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay, you'll have access to the shared laundry facility within the building.

In the summer, there's plenty to do in Breckenridge. In addition to prime hiking and mountain biking, try river rafting and fly fishing on Blue River. Enjoy local events like the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo or the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. And if you're traveling with kids, there's plenty to keep them busy with the Fun Park on Peak 8. Additionally, Breckenridge Stables provides horseback riding, so saddle up and climb on for an unforgettable trail excursion across the Ten Mile Range.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
