LOCATION – This private home is situated in a quiet neighborhood on Baldy Mountain only three miles from town. It is approximately one block away from the free shuttle to take you anywhere in Summit County. Miles of Nordic ski, hiking and biking trails abound with the Juniata Trail right in the backyard of the property.

AMENITIES – There are multiple living areas to gather together for dining and fun or to find a space of your own when it is time to relax. The main level hosts the kitchen, living and dining area. This is a great place for the entire group to share meals while taking in the breathtaking views through the large picture windows. With four bedrooms including a master king suite on the main level, a king bedroom, and two queen bedrooms, there is plenty of sleeping space as well. There is no lack of entertainment in the lower level rec room! Watch a movie on the large flat screen TV, listen to music, play a game of cards or have a pool or ping-pong tournament. Step onto the patio to watch the incredible sunsets from the hot tub all year round.

First visit to Colorado mountains

Awesome views of the mountains from the windows and large deck. Relaxing hot tub. Enjoyed the ping pong / pool table. Plenty of space and nice open area on main floor to get together and enjoy the view. Easy access to hiking/biking trail right next to the house. Quick response from property manager for any maintenance concerns.

Beautiful home!!

Wow!!! What a beautiful home!! Plenty of space. Very clean. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, and the hot tub. The kitchen was great to cook in. Be aware of the higher elevation. A couple of us experienced some altitude sickness. Overall, it was a GREAT stay!! Highly recommend !!

Great Property

Enjoyed our stay! Excellent views, abundance of natural light, well equipped kitchen, assortment of extras including blow up mattresses, humidifier and fans. Great game room, fireplaces, tons of room! The only negative, would be the communication with the property mgmt company , they were of little help with a garage door that would not operate properly due to providing an incorrect garage code - took two days for them to get us the correct door code. I can provide screen shots with communication if needed. Mgmt team was also dismissive of thermostat issues (1st world problems), as the home would not cool down unless we opened the windows, thermostat was set to 65, but temperature was around 73-74 unless windows were opened. The Mgmt team advised we lower the thermostat temp setting even though it was set below current home temp. With all that taken into consideration the pros far out way the negative and would stay there again!

Family Vacation

Three families came together to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. It was great, everyone had a great time. The house spread out enough that anyone wanting their own space could have it. Also enough space to have a card game, jigsaw puzzle and another game going at the same time. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

Simply perfect

*Location was great- short drive to Main Street and paid parking once there was easy to find. Great rental shop (Blue River Sports) 8-10 min away, then from there a walk across the street to the Breck slopes. Snow was pretty heavy and we did have a 4WD but I saw many making it to the house without it. AWD would have sufficed during our week- roads are plowed often. *House itself perfect! Great views.. Everything listed is accurate: the girls enjoyed the pre-heated/clean hot tub with phenomenal views and occasional visits from mama reflecting Fox. Guys enjoy nightly pool and ping/pong challenges. Huge garage with boot warmer/dryer, so they’re ready for each day. The house came with sleds the kids enjoyed in the snowy back yard. The snow plow had a large mount of snow beside the house the kids carved out an igloo. Was great! Huge kitchen and dining area, tons of beds. Little squirrels stealing cushion fluff outside the window from a torn chair for their nests kept our toddler so entertained! Some have complained about hot water issues- we had zero.. plus they stocked us with bottled water which was soo helpful to adjust to the altitude. Speedy responses for any questions, easy check in and out
 Our first trip to Colorado from NC was made perfect by choosing this house.

Beautiful Space, Great Location

We had a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful - well appointed and well kept. The common areas were especially great for our large group. The location is wonderful - close enough to town to be convenient, but still tucked away with great views. Property management was easy to work with. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Family reunion

We needed a house to hold our family of 9. This gave everyone a bed and room. Plus had a wonderful hot tub and gorgeous Mountain View’s. The openness of the house gave us plenty of room at meal time and game time. When we had an issue the management team reacted within hours to solve the problem.

Nice views & location

We stayed w our 5 adult children & their families, coming from CA, IL, FL, KS, and Denver. This house gave us plenty of space to cook, share a meal, and hang out. Once the babes were asleep upstairs in the master bdrm, we adults played games downstairs. Watch for the neighbor fox that comes around in early evening. We didn’t go near him, but he was fun to watch from the deck. We’d stay here again on our next visit to Breck.

Nice house with a great view

The location of this property is convenient to town and is fairly private since there is a wooded area on the right side of the house. The walking/biking trail right outside the backdoor is convenient as well. All guest should take the path about 250-300 yards down the hill to a clearing to get amazing photos of the valley and the mountains to the west. Just be careful because the mountain bikers go very fast down the path. The layout of the first floor is nice. The view from the rear deck is nice, but could be greatly improved if some tree branches behind house were removed or one or two trees were removed all together. It would be like making a hundred thousand dollar view into a million dollar view. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and the plastic wine glasses are great. The only thing needed is a cinnamon roll baking pan. We also liked the high-end kitchen appliances. Everything worked well and looked good doing it. The large red colored home that is for sale two houses over on Dunkin Rd. is a perfect example. Very few trees right behind the house and it has awesome views to the west. The very large TV in the living room is nice and the Pandora and YouTube apps are convenient for listening to streaming music. The flapping plastic covering the broken window in the master bedroom was really annoying for a week long stay and we were not notified of the condition until the day we arrived and no discount was offered. The audio systems did not work. Speakers everywhere, but nothing worked. The Bose system downstairs appeared to be hooked up, but we were not able to get it to work and the remote was missing. I was able to hook up the Sonos speaker in the living room and get it working with the TV. We had to reposition the Xfinity cable box so that we could at least use it. We did not bother with the DVD player that is not accessible behind the TV. To use the TV in the media room area on the lower level, you will need to get the remotes from the bunkbed room. The washer and dryer worked well, but the dryer is missing the lint catcher, so lint ends up all over the place. We recommend bringing your own anti-static sheets (aka Bounce sheets). Our son enjoyed the ping pong table, but unfortunately only one of the 5-6 ping pong paddles was not broke in some way. Some glue could easily fix several of the paddles. The hot tub was great and relaxing at night. It needs some repairs, but it was still fully functional. All-in-all, it was very nice.
