This condo can sleep as many as seven and boasts an open-concept kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private patio, and unbeatable ski access, less than a half-mile; a ten minute walk from the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Four shared hot tubs are also within a 1-minute walk!

The Space:
This fabulous two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the ideal home away from home for all of your Breckenridge adventures thanks to its abundant mountain style and unbeatable location. Step in and find yourself in the gorgeous, open-concept kitchen and living area, complete with a spacious, eat-in bar that can seat six. The chef in your group will adore the lovely space, which is completely updated and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, high-end finishes, and a large bar/dining area that allows for easy serving and socializing. With a large sink, lots of natural light, and a clear view of the living area, you can whip up a meal and stay central to all of the fun.

When you’re ready to kick back and relax, make your way into the charming living area, which is outfitted with a leather couch, cozy armchair, coffee table, end tables, lamps, media console, a 55-inch smart TV, and access to your private patio. Stocked with blankets and bathed in natural light, this inviting space makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploration and recreation. When it’s time to tuck in for the evening, the couch converts into a queen-size, pullout bed and provides an additional sleep space for two in your group, if needed.

If you want to dine al fresco or take in the gorgeous mountain setting, simply step out onto your private patio with a table and chairs for two.

Two more bedrooms and two bathrooms await just down the hallway. First, you will find the master bedroom, which boasts a spacious, king-size bed, matching nightstands, and stylish, sconce lighting as well as a roomy dresser and a luggage rack for easy storage. Just down the hall off of the master bedroom is the first bathroom, which has been completely updated and features a single-sink vanity, a fully-tiled shower/tub combo, and stylish finishes throughout.

Continue on down the hall to the second bedroom, which makes the most of its space with two beds - one a twin and the other a full - with matching bedding in this home’s modern alpine style. A nightstand, lamp, dresser, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV complete the space. A second full bathroom situated just off of this bedroom has also been updated in style and features a single-sink vanity and a fully-tiled, walk-in shower with a glass door.

Guests of this home will also have access to the four hot tubs located on-site, just a short, one-minute stroll from your door, where you can soak your cares away and plan another day of fun. A shared laundry facility and private ski locker are also available on the premises for your use, if needed.

Guests will have access to the entire home and patio, as well as four, shared hot tubs on-site and parking for two vehicles in any open spot. Please note that parking passes are required to park on the premises and can be found in the home for your use during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This home places you in the heart of all that Breckenridge has to offer. A half-mile from the lifts at the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, you are also less than 10 minutes from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, where you can explore the countless shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums that are found there. In the Summer months, enjoy endless fun at Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini-golf. Drive scenic Boreas Pass, go troll-hunting for Isak Heartstone, or hit one of the area's many hiking trails - you can truly do it all from this incredible home!

Getting Around:
From this lovely home, you are less than a 10-minute drive from just about everywhere. You are also a short, 3-minute walk from the Gold Camp bus stop on the FREE Breck Free Ride buses, which connect you with several routes spanning this one-of-a-kind mountain town. Explore Main Street on the FREE trolley or make the short drive to Main Street and explore on foot. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Some very good positives about this unit. Recent upgrades. Functional layout. Well supplied. Great location to the ski area and town. Literally 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Some minor notations would clarify things. The gas stove prominently featured in the unit photo is decorative. I think it does work, but host informed us it is not for rental use. The condo uses baseboard heat which was inconsistent, one bedroom was cold, one was a sauna. The room with the no access fireplace was never warm. Also the laundry is not in that building but an adjacent one. We did fine. We got extra blankets, bought a humidifier at Walmart for the dry baseboard air, and did laundry next door. For the price and location, a great choice! A laminated greeting card or book, outlining some details and a 25 dollar humidifier would have gotten 4 stars. A toasty warm family room with cool fireplace, that I kinda expected, would have made this a 5.

Good access to skiing & town, good amenities, well priced

This place worked well for our family-of-four ski trip. We found it was fairly easy to walk to/from the 4 O'Clock ski trail in our gear. All the info we needed for arrival, use, and departure was well organized and easy to follow. The place is well provisioned and comfortable. The humidifiers were especially appreciated.Minor issue: There's very little space for taking off ski boots & gear in the entry (which is also a narrow hallway connecting kitchen, living room & bedrooms). We managed OK. Also, it'd have been nice to have one more comfortable chair in the living room, and some games or puzzles. (There was only a small box of dominoes.)
