You’re close to everything but can enjoy mountain serenity as well. Sunbeam Retreat will be a hit with your family and friends!

Sunbeam Retreat is a deluxe vacation home that’s perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people. This home features two living areas with flat-screen TVs. The main level living area features a high ceiling and windows letting in great natural light, comfortable leather seating, and a gas fireplace. The second living area downstairs is a wonderful place for the kids to watch a movie while the adults enjoy some quiet time upstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, a gas range, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the group happy and fed. The dining room table seats eight, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar. You’ll also enjoy the deck with a gas barbeque grill; it’s the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the Rocky Mountains!

This home also features a two-car garage (plus two driveway parking spaces), a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Family Time in Mountains

Love this house for the location to town and for the cul-de-sac and neighborhood feel. Kids love riding their bikes in the cul-de-sac and playing in nearby Carter Park. Home is close to Railroad Park and an easy walk to Main Street.

Great location and spacious home

The home was clean upon arriving with plenty of space for a large family. Location is perfect with being a short walk to Main Street and 5 min drive to the lifts and ski rentals. Neighborhood is also great for kids- quiet street with a 3 min walk to a sledding hill! Would definitely stay here again when we visit Breckenridge Thank you for a great experience.

It was nice until there was no heat or hot water

The house suited our family. The mattress toppers on the beds were not very comfortable and made it very difficult to roll over. There were also no wash clothes -made it difficult to was your face. The management company was very responsive when we notified them about the water filter and broken towel rod. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped (more utensils, full sized glasses (not just highball glasses), and a k-cup style of coffee maker would have been helpful. We only had 2 coffee drinkers but had to buy a bag of coffee then no one could figure out how to use the coffeemaker so we had to hit 7-11 each morning. Wasted a bag of coffee. Then on day 4, we came back from a day of skiing and had no heat or hot water. The management company delivered space heaters to get us through the 10 degree night. By morning, it was below 50 degrees in the main part of the house. The management company was notified at 6:30 on Saturday night but they were not able to provide us anywhere with hot water to shower until the next morning. By then we were back on the mountain. Ultimately, the management company called offered another house to move to.

Nice place, great location

Our family of three generations (six adults and 3 children) stayed here in August. There are two playgrounds close by, which was ideal for the little ones. Also very easy to walk into downtown and to the gondola. House is spacious and full of amenities. Front-door lock didn't work and the downstairs toilet ran continually but management was quick to address the issues.

Summer family vacation

This property comes with mixed reviews. The location is fantastic, only a short walk to town and local park, playground, etc. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and cute. However, this home is clearly outdated when compared to its neighbors. The floor plan is great for a large family, but walls are thin, thin windows allow lots of nearby road noise to enter the home, poor ventilation in the kitchen, and the heating system is old and not easily adjustable, especially in the basement. Most beds are “updated” with memory foam mats, but not high quality mattresses. In the basement, several of the window screens had holes in them, and there was evidence of rodents. The property manager was immediately informed of this, and is responding accordingly, but future tenants should be aware of and inquire about this issue. Overall, we had a good experience despite the above issues, to which the property manager was extremely responsive to (eg, fixed broken screens same day).

Great 3 Week Stay!

Our family really enjoyed the property! Great location on a quiet street in a cul-de-sac. Kids (3 - 7 years old) enjoyed riding their bikes on the quiet street. Location is great to walk to nearby parks, trails, and the restaurants and shops on Main Street. Highly recommend!

Great location and layout

We loved staying here! There were 7 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out. We all liked that there were no bedrooms on the main level, so people could stay up late or get up early and not worry about waking others. Very comfortable beds. Communication with host was easy and efficient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
