Guests have access to seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Your group will love Timbernest Cottonwood Condo

This sunny 1-bedroom+loft, 2-bathroom moderate condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six people. The living room has a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and lots of seating for relaxing after a day of adventure in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook for your group, and there’s seating for five people at the table and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for two vehicles (one covered, one in the parking lot). Convenient location

This was our second time staying in this condo. We like the location. It’s walking distance to ski lifts, shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. We drove about 20 minutes to Frisco for tubing, that was a lot of fun! The condo has everything we could possibly need for our stay. The only thing that I would change, which is so minor, is replace or remove the master bedroom bed skirt, it’s very torn at the bottom. This is just something I would do if it was my condo. Other than that, it’s a nice place.

Everything you'd want for a vacation

Spacious, well-equipped, clean, all the amenities worked (helpful labelling/instructions from owners) a five minute stroll into town... if I'm intending to come back to Breckenridge at some point, I'd try to book this accommodation again.

Exactly as expected and needed

Four of us stayed here for 5 days and everything was excellent. The walk to downtown was very close, pool was just across the parking lot and we all had space when we needed it. Condo had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive.

Perfect Location

Ideal location with easy walk to Quick Silver lift and to Main Street. Easily sleeps 4 adults and 3 kids between 2 queen beds and a large bunk bed, not including fold out couch. 2 min walk to community hot tub/pool. Perfect family getaway. Plan to book again on our next trip

Convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and extremely close to the quicksilver ski lift. The condo is nice. It looks like some remodeling has recently been done. It could use new bedding (blanket on master bed is worn and some pillow cases could use replacing). This condo is on the third level, so be ready to carry suitcases up several flights of stairs at a high elevation (if you’re not accustomed to it). Overall, great place, clean and would stay again!

Great property

This was very nice property at the great location. It has everything you may need, but there is also a store nearby if anything extra is needed. At the main level it has living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom and up the stairs are 2 more bedrooms with shared bathroom. This was also one of the rare properties that had parking (actually 2 parking spots/ one covered and one uncovered). If you’re looking to be near Peak 9 and Main Street this would be great choice. We didn’t have to use our vehicle for the whole time we were there. Check in and check out process was simple and easy.

..Except for beds

We really enjoyed this condo. It’s a great value for the money and the location to shops and food is very convenient. The host was extremely responsive to my texts (which wasn’t many). The condo was equipped with everything we needed throughout the week. Our only complaint was the rock-hard beds! We were not able to sleep well all week, but hey, what’s vacation for?!! Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

A Trip Well Stayed

What a weekend. First impressions of Warriors mark were great. As soon as you entered, you could tell a professional cleaning service prepared the unit for your stay. Walking around it was very easy to find things and catch your bearings. Extra plus for the Xfinity wifi/cable with Netflix, and the multiple humidifiers. Overall this unit was spacious and with less than a 3 minute walk to the Quicksilver chair, is a total rebook for us in the future.

Solid Place to Stay and Ski

Check in was easy and the property manager was very communicative. The lock codes, parking, etc. were all easy to follow. A quick walk from the unit to the Quicksilver lift was less than 5 minutes. Easily walkable to all the restaurants and bars downtown. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for skiing and very close to town. Comfortable accommodations with good amenities. Shared hot tubs were large enough to accommodate many people. Only downside was the heating in the condo was inconsistent--it got overly hot in the bedrooms then cold before the heat kicked in. Was not a big issue though. Recommended.

Overall we had a nice enjoable stay. Seating furnitures seemed big/bulky for the small living room/dining area. Was surprised how good the kitchen was equipped in this apartment. One thing that was different in our understanding from the description was the 2nd bedroom. The way it was written we thought the upstairs bedroom (which was for our friends) was really a closed/private room. But it's not. It does have a door to the loft but the loft is open to the kitchen/living room which we knew and the bedroom on the other side of the door is open to the staircase and we could hear snoring, conversations etc as long as we weren't in our own room with the door closed. We would not recommend this place for two couples.

Great place next to the Quicksilver chair.

This place is ver cozy and convenient. Master is on the first floor and the extra bedroom and loft is upstairs. There is a full bath downstairs and a full bath upstairs accessible by the loft and extra bedroom. Keep in mind that you have to walk through the extra bedroom to get to the loft so if you plan to smoosh smoosh in the extra bedroom it may not work. Also the property is on the third level so you will climb 3 sets of steps to get up to the front door. Locker is downstairs and 2 parking spots are available. Kitchen has everything you need but a grinder. Fireplace is nice. Lots of places to sit in the living room.

Misrepresented

All was great, except for the fact that the unit was listed to have a hot tub. We were there five nights and tried to use it everyday. Each time we tried the water temperature was at or below 94 degrees. Needless to say we didn’t last more than 15 minutes of shivering as we desperately attempted to make it work and to relax after a day on the slopes. I was texting back and forth with the property manager and they were very responsive and polite but ultimately nothing changed. I won’t rent another property that is supported by this HOA/hot tub setup. Really disappointing.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. Be ready to climb the stairs and be prepared for the altitude to impact your ability to walk up 3 flights of stairs. That has nothing to do with the property but just a warning to those who might have issues.
