You’re in Breckenridge’s historic district only two blocks from downtown and a half block from the shuttle stop to the Breckenridge gondola. You truly can’t find a better home in a better location! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium home is a perfect getaway for groups or families of up to eight people. The whole home has an open concept with the living area featuring comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV: Relax and catch a movie or the morning snow report! The kitchen is completely remodeled with high-end stainless-steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. The dining room ties everything together with seating for up to six people at the table and room for four more at the counter.

Outside you’ll find a private hot tub with spectacular views of the Tenmile Mountain Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. There’s also a gas outdoor fire pit and gas grill that are perfect for enjoying the cool Breckenridge evenings. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The house was very nice and very clean.. There were 6 adults and it was nice that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was large and very nice so it made cooking at home easier. The location of the house was great just a few blocks from main street and gondola.

Excellent location

We had a great stay here with our family of 5. There was enough space for everyone to have their own bed. The kitchen was very large and had everything you needed. The hot tub was hit from the moment we got there, so that was a huge plus instead of having to heat it up. The location was outstanding. Easily able to walk to anywhere on Main Street in 5 minutes or less. Not to mention there was plenty of restaurants not on Main Street that we could walk to in minutes. I would absolutely stay here again during ski season or the summer. The property was very clean too!

A very clean, comfortable, and beautiful stay.

The host was very helpful in getting us into the property and assuring that all was well once we did. It is prime real estate in Breckenridge, only a block away from the center of the city and minutes away from the ski resort. The only criticism I have was the lack of communication leading up to the stay. It took me reaching out before I heard from anyone on the day of my stay, but they answered promptly.

Perfect spot and great indoor layout

We loved staying at this property! The only slight inconvenience was that the den heater didn’t work, so we couldn’t have the babies sleep in that room and had to have them sleep in the other rooms where the adults were also sleeping. There was space, but ideally we wanted the babies to sleep in their own space. Other than that and that were areas of the home that I wish were cleaned better (underneath the couch, behind a storage bench in the King bedroom), everything was great for our family. The location was perfect, the property management company was very helpful and responsive and the layout of the home worked really well for us.

Fantastic location and lovely remodeled historic home

We loved the farmhouse feel to this home and the layout seems perfect with the central common areas, open beams, heated floor in the master bath and updated appliances. The house is clean and beds are comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again. The only negatives would be that both front and back yards need a bit of cleanup and TLC. The hot tub jets didn’t work and it doesn’t get very hot. Just some inconveniences but we still loved our stay!
