On the first floor there’s a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a 4-burner induction hob. Also an airconditioner (split-unit), dining table with 4 chairs, a cosy living with a couch and 50” SmartTV (Netflix subscription included) and a loft (folding Vlizo) ladder to your private roof terrace is on the first floor. The roofterras is provided with furniture (6 chairs and 2 tables), a patio heater, nebulizer (for n the summer), electric sunscreen and the terras can be lit at night. The house has fast WiFi (250mbit). In connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account and for protection there is a security camera outside the house.
