Family house of 80 m² well equipped for 6/7 people, located very close to the town center of Brem-sur-Mer (market 2x/week, Biocoop, butcher's-delicatessen, baker, pharmacy...) and 2km from the ocean.
It is particularly suitable for children with its enclosed garden without any vis-à-vis, its location in a cul-de-sac, the presence of many games and adapted equipment.
This house has 3 bedrooms and the beds are made on arrival (bed linen and towels included, beach towels are not provided):
- Bedroom 1 with a 140x200 bed
- Bedroom 2 with 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed (sleeps 3)
- Bedroom 3 with a 140x190 bed.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, a sink, a large towel dryer, a storage column and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate.
The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, a traditional oven, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. A large table with 6 chairs separates the kitchen from the living room.
The living room is equipped with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a TV, many games (Rummikub, Monopoly, Good Pay, Tarot, Uno, puzzles, Lynx...) and children's books.
The house is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
In the garage you will find a dart board, 3 sunbeds but also a surfboard, a bobyboard, 2 women's bikes, 2 men's bikes, a children's bike (6/8 years old) and a larger children's bike (10 years old). A bike trailer is also available very practical to go to the beach! The use of this equipment is your responsibility and you will need to bring locks and helmets.
The garden is fully enclosed and without any vis-à-vis. The terrace is equipped with a table + chairs, a gas barbecue and an awning for lunch in the shade.

Cleaning by you or as an option at 80 €.
Non-smoking house, our pet friends are not allowed. Equipment for the little ones (bath and baby seat, high chair, changing mat, travel cot with mattress, potty, toilet reducer) can be made available on request before arrival in the accommodation.

The surf spot is on the beach of the Dunes. For nature lovers, there is a nice walk in La Gachère which starts in the forest and ends on the beach. The Puy du Fou is an hour away by car. Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, 20 minutes away, is a pretty port where it is good to walk. Les Sables d'Olonne is also very close.
