Pure vacation bliss – at the "Boathouse at the New Harbor"! The apartment is located on the second floor and features an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a convivial evening of cooking. In addition to a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator and freezer, you'll also find a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a comprehensive selection of cookware and tableware.

In the living room, you can enjoy cozy movie nights on the comfortable leather sofa. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, providing two additional sleeping spaces. From there, the wide windows offer a direct view of the ships coming and going. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.

From the living area, you have access to the balcony with a water view of the harbor basin. Due to its slightly recessed position, the covered balcony is mostly sheltered from the wind. There you'll find two comfortable lounge chairs and a table. In the evenings, you can unwind here with a glass of wine.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains for restful nights. You can also store all your clothes in the spacious dressing room.

Directly opposite, you'll find the bathroom with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

The apartment boasts a fantastic location right in Bremerhaven: shops are just a few minutes' walk away, and many attractions and museums, such as the Climate House and the German Emigration Center, are about a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby – something for everyone!

A reserved parking space is available right next to the building. On the ground floor, you'll find a shared, lockable storage room where you can safely store your bicycles. The building has an elevator.

The Boathouse is the perfect vacation home any time of year!
