Excellent hotel

Posted Jul. 30, 2021 on HotelsTerrible stay. They don’t have wi-fi in all the rooms. They said because of a thunderstorm but the lobby had access so not sure what happened. When I complained, the receptionist said tough luck it is not our fault. No apologies and certainly no willingness to compensate us in any way. For example, our rate didn’t include breakfast would it be too much to offer it? The room was small, the staff clearly needs more training…

All of your observations have been taken into account in order to improve ourselves and be able to give the service we desire to all of our guests.
As our staff told you, a thunderstorm happend in Brest before you came. The entire network hasn't been touched but the 3rd floor sadly yes... We apologize that it made your stay worse.
Nevertheless, we hope to welcome you again under better circumstances.

The hotel was really nice and friendly staff. The hotel was in a good location and on site parking. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Just good value for the price

Posted Sep. 8, 2016 on HotelsNeeded something close to the airport, comfortable and affordable for after a meeting in Brittany - this fit the bill perfectly. Nicer than some Best Westerns, with a modern feel and ample parking.
The breakfast looked nice, however, couldnt partake due to a 5am departure!!

Pros: The hotel is okay, but the kleenex box had only 2 napkins. That's disappointing and it was complicated to get the Wifi too
The rooms are nice and the parking is free, but it doesn't have anything special
