As soon as you enter this 30m² apartment, you have access to the living area: on the left, a lounge corner with sofa and television will allow you to relax after your days by the seaside. Nearby, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals as if at home: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you may need. A dining table completes this convivial space.

At the back, you will find a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet. On the sleeping side, you will find after the bathroom a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and in a mezzanine, a second space, with very little headroom with two single beds (90x190) better suited for children. The lounge sofa is convertible and can also be used by children.



For even more comfort, you will also have a washing machine and an outdoor parking space located in front of the house.
