New house of 96m² located 150m from the Plage de la Parée, in very sought after and very quiet area. Everything is less than 20 minutes walk (shops, downtown Brétignolles, market, supermarket ...)
Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast or to the various beaches of the Vendée coast.
The house is composed of 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a bed of 160 and its bathroom with shower on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms are upstairs, beds of 160 for both and a bathroom with shower that serves the entire floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, freezer, combined oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker.
Living room with TV, wifi and pellet stove
Separate toilets on the ground floor
Washing machine
A large terrace with table, chairs, parasol and two sunbeds
A private parking space in front of the house, if you have other vehicles, parking is free on the street
