Wunderschöne Lage, aber renovierungsbedürftig

Die Lage ist hinreißend, das Haus sehr alt und mit sehr schönen Details, wie den Kaminsimsen und den alten Fenstern mit Blumenkästen. Leider ist vieles sehr lieblos eingebaut um den modernen Ansprüchen zu genügen, die Dusche schimmelt zB und läuft durch (tropft auf die Treppe drunter). Auch die Küche könnte neu gemacht werden. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus und vor allem die Zimmer auf den Fotos größer als real. Bleibt ein sehr gemischter Eindruck.
