Room could use a fresh coat of paint especially the door and woodwork,room was nice but it'd be nice to have an extra blanket in the room or on the bed, the laminate flooring is nice but a door mat would help keep the snow and salt tracking in the room, had the room 2 nights housekeeping knocked onnthe door at 9am we asked them to come back they didn't so the floor was filthy dirty the whole time.

Property is Outdated; however, the general theme of the common areas is very coastal and cute. The pictures of google are far from the actual room we stayed in. We booked a king size bed suite with hot tub for a weekend in “VacationLand” based on these pictures and were a little disappointed. Cleanliness in the room was OK, but a 2-3” hairball in the hallway was there when we checked in and when we checked out. Mattress squeaked of springs that have seen better days. But sheets were clean and crisp as well as the towels. The digital fireplace/ heater was super cool with flames that changed colors. Housekeeping was friendly and attentive when we requested to swap towels. If you’re looking for a local quaint place to stay, this is a great option. Would I stay again here? Yeah, it’s fairly priced for what you’re getting. It’s cute, even if it gives a SK vibe.

Parking was free and close. Clean room, hot showers there was a microwave, small refrigerator and clean towels. Bring anything else you may need. If you are going to Arcadia it's a 45 minute drive, but will save you $$$

I liked the decor in both lobbies. The building I was in has a bit of a smell but the room was clean. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. All in all, it was a fine stay for the 2 nights I was there.

Clean, comfortable room. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Next door restaurant had good food and gave a 10% discount to guests. We enjoyed the nearby river walk.

No water from shower head

No water from shower head. Room was clean but repairs were roughly done. There was an unused outlet cover plugged with rags, trim paint needed second coat, tile grout moldy in spots. Those things were fine given the fairly low price, but not having a working shower was a disappointment. The bed was comfortable and I slept well anyway which was what I needed.

This property was dated but clean and fairly well maintained. ID must be logged for every adult who stays after a certain hour--not a rule we have encountered before. The linens were fluffy and abundant; and the bed was quite comfortable. The heater/ac worked well. The atmosphere was quiet enough to provide good sleep. The grounds are unattractive; the continental breakfast was uninspiring. Our room door was cracked and not squarely seated, but seemed to be secure. We would stay here again.

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was cereal, toast, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffee, mini muffins. Water in shower was warming not hot. Beds and pillows were comfy. 40 minutes to Acadia. I would stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable, BUT the tv was horrible there were very few choices/channels. After running all day and checking out the sites we like to kick back and enjoy a little tv before turning in for the night.Again there were very few program choices to choose from (we do not want to look at the walls for three hours). Also for the price of the room the breakfast was very limited and unsatisfactory, (not everyone likes waffles, bagels & yogurt for the main course. Laundry room was clean and a decent price.
