This 4BR/2.5BA home is welcoming and decorated to include all the comforts of home comfortably sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. Enjoy the many comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious living areas including the sunroom, and formal dining area off the kitchen. In addition, the home will feature two guest rooms equipped with window AC units on each floor with a full bath to service those rooms. Beautifully landscaped back yard to relax and read a book or have a sit down dinner. So, whether you decide to relax at the beach, grill outside, or venture out to try one of the many high quality restaurants you are sure to enjoy this property. Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive days. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Family reunion week. House worked perfectly for family of seven. Nice big deck. Enjoyed the fire table. Very comfortable. Good location for Brewster get together.
