What We Love
Sunny, colorful, and cute as can be, this classic Cape Cod cottage places you mere steps from private deeded access to Ellis Landing Beach. This is a place for days spent swimming in Cape Cod Bay, sunbathing in the sand, and gathering for sunset cocktails and card games on your sun porch.

In addition to the beach being a couple hundred feet from your door, this home offers an ideal setting for exploring Brewster and beyond. Main Street is less than half a mile south, where you'll find the Brewster Farms Market and a number of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Within two miles, you can meet up with the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail or explore 1,900 acres of wooded trails and ponds at Nickerson State Park.

After a day spent at the beach, stroll home to rinse off in the outdoor shower, light the gas grill for dinner, and relax beneath lofty beamed ceilings in the renovated living space. Whimsical decor and charming pops of color can be found throughout the well-equipped kitchen, the living room (with a smart TV and Roku), and the sun porch out front. There's also complimentary WiFi and window AC throughout the cottage, with tropical ceiling fans to circulate the cool air.

The fireplace is not for use.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
There is no washer/dryer.
This home does not have heat.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
