This luxurious property is located directly across from the Giant Steps Lifts at The Lofts. Easy access with 1 car garage and plenty of room for parking. Can sleep up to 14 people. The Loft style condos offer an open living environment with 20 ft ceilings & glass front windows, so you can have a majestic view of the Giant Steps ski runs & Brian Head Peak. VISITING SOUTHERN UTAH NATIONAL PARKS, BOOK WITH US AND SAVE BIG!

The Space:
As you step inside this magnificent 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2-story loft condo, you will be struck by the modern furnishings and fixtures that add to its charm. The electric fireplace surrounded by rock gives a cozy and warm ambiance to the spacious living room, which features a big TV, and a huge sectional couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking. The open plan kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.


On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, a big TV, and an ensuite bathroom. A loft connected to the master bedroom has two full-sized beds, perfect for children or additional guests. The other bedroom on the main floor also features a comfortable king-sized bed. There is a laundry room that is located on the main floor also.


Upstairs, there is another bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a bathroom that boasts a walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and his and her sinks. The game room upstairs has a TV, a ping pong table, and toys in the closet for the little ones. Each story has a private patio, with the main level's patio featuring a BBQ, making it perfect for outdoor cooking and dining.


This condo's location is unbeatable, located right across the street from Giant Steps ski lodge in Brian Head, Utah. The winter activities here are abundant, with skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, and tubing available. Our best stay in Brianhead

On our annual trips to fish Panguitch Lake, we have tried an old home in Panguitch town, condos and cabins in Brianhead and a lakeside cabin. This is the first sure bet for a repeat next year. Sure, it wasn't absolutely perfect, but the room layout and amenities fit us just right...plus there was Charmin in the bathrooms. Of course, fishing was great.

It’s on the lower level so you don’t have to hike up 3 floors and across the street from Giant steps. Great location and amazing views of the mountain. We had an amazing view of the firework and torch light show from the living room

Quality location for families

We had a great stay. The house is fully stocked, crock pot was great for cooking while we went to ski. Was able to walk to lifts. Kids loved the loft area. Good movie selection for family movie night. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful condo, best location for skiing

This is the second winter we have stayed at this condo and it was amazing both times. It’s spacious and well appointed, clean and welcoming. We really love the location, such easy access to the main lodge and Giant Steps chairlift. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great stay in Brian Head

Perfect location across from Giant Steps with easy access to lodge and shuttle. Very clean and comfortable for our three families of four and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and games for kids. Two garage spaces was a plus as well as just one flight of stairs, however downstairs rooms can get noisy if there are rowdy neighbors in the above unit. Earplugs were provided.

Great Place!

The condo was perfect for our family and family friends who took a quick ski trip. The ski lifts are across the street and the small town conveniences are all a few minutes away. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. The view is amazing, especially at night when the wall of windows is nothing but the moon and stars. We would stay here again!

So great, we booked again before we even left!

We really loved this property, it was everything we needed and more. It was clean and well appointed, very homey and cozy. Exactly as you’d expect a mountain hideaway to be. The location was phenomenal for our group of ski bums, just a quick walk across the road to the main chair lift. The game loft was a huge hit and we had plenty of room to stretch out and our large group was happy as can be. Thanks for such an amazing place to stay! Can’t wait for next year!

Excellent condo for large families

We had two adults and six young adults. This condo was very spacious for all of us and was very conveniently located right across the street from the Great Steps lifts and a short drive to the Navajo lifts. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and there were lots of videos and games for the young adults. Phyllis, the property manager was so helpful and always promptly replied to all my inquiries. We loved Brian Head Ski Resort and The Lofts and would definitely recommend it to large families!
