- a fully-equipped kitchen
- two shower rooms;
- a lounge to relax in after a day's walking.

Facilities include: Wifi, Parking / Garage, Hairdryer, Television Television (180-channel decoder), Dishwasher, PRM access, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
Important Information: The apartment is located in an area currently undergoing development, with a building under construction directly in front of the property. Work is carried out during the day and may cause slight noise disturbance, especially when on the balcony. However, with the windows closed, no noise is noticeable inside the apartment. Major construction work is expected to be completed within a year, with the building’s final delivery estimated in about two years.
