There's a sophisticated powder room, a light-filled eat-in kitchen with a gas stove and high-end tile backsplash, a fabulous island complete with a wet bar, wine fridge, & dining space for two! Additional dining area in the breakfast nook. The living room has a decorative/ non-working fireplace along with 2 built-in bookshelves: There's also a door out to a sizable wrap-around porch!
