Work in progress but great motel

The ladies running the office are so sweet and helpful. This place is a work in progress but looking good. The pool was beautifully cleaned each morning we were there.

Perfect for what we needed

The room was clean and peaceful. The bathroom was small, standup shower big enough for one person, but it was sufficient. Mini fridge came in handy and a microwave is available. If you are planning on being out most of the time and need a place to sleep, this is perfect. The motel is under new management and they were very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

It is an older property that is being renovated. My room appeared clean and neat, however it smelled like stale smoke and dampness like an unfinished basement in an old house every time you walked through the door.

The property is being very nicely updated. Our room was practically brand new inside! Only negative was the air conditioner was rather loud. The price of stay was very excellent!!

Great place but...

It's a great place to stay if you're coming for an overnight visit or traveling through. It has everything you need. If you were to stay a couple of nights the pool looked really well kept and clean and a nice fire pit outside. My only concern is that the door only went by a simple knob lock and chain and according to the website there will be keyless entry coming but if you're concerned about safety this might be a bit of a deal breaker. Also the Wi-Fi did not work and the email was sent to me from the property management office said to let the staff know before 8:00 p.m. if you're going to have a late check-in. However if you contact the number you go directly to the property office and not someone at the facility. They really should update that to say contact this number after 8:00 p.m. if you expect a late check-in so that way you're not wondering if you're able to get your room or not.
