The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful surroundings and scenery, and it’s fairly close to Brig train station. The staff was very friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even arranging an early check-in. Staff was considerate - we arrived early and hoped to store our bags before check in. Staff got us into our room immediately. Breakfast and dining room was excellent. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. Would stay again. The only minor negative, room was over attached pub, which has club music playing until midnight.
