Die Postautohaltestelle liegt 200m unterhalb des Hauses. Skier können im Schuppen abgestellt werden, Velos und Wagen unter der Terrasse. Das Haus verfügt über Parkplätze (maximal 2 pro Wohnung) auf einem angrenzenden Grundstück mit Aus-/Einladeplatz vor dem Haus. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind gebührenpflichtig.
