Lovely stay! And Julie as the on site manager was amazing - she even had the room pre-warmed for us as we were only checking in at 9PM in the midst of a chilly winter weekend :)

Wonderful service and incredibly comfortable

A lovely chalet amongst the trees a lazy 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Bright CBD. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the little self contained studio is warm, quaint and all one needs for a cosy comfortable stay. Love this property!😊 Friends were delayed getting away & I asked for a late checkout while waiting their arrival to resume our journey to Mt Hotham. The most amazing courtesy was extended to us and we were offered as late as we needed at no extra cost. All I can say is we are deeply appreciative of this kindness and I wholeheartedly recommend this great property.

The place is desserted and super quiet. The garden is full of rubbish and over grown. Other than meeting the receptionist for 10 minutes when checking in we had not seen any staff at all. Absolutely no service for the two days we stayed. For the price we paid we could have stayed in a 5 star resort in the area. The receptionist wouldn't even see us when we depart .
