Tyntynder Garden Cottage 1

Relax in the tastefully decorated surroundings with garden views from every window or sit outside on the veranda for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. The gas BBQ is an excellent option for cooking.

This beautiful accommodation is located close enough to town that you can walk there in approximately 20 minutes but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you feel you are in a world of your own.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people)
Bedroom 1 - King Bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed

Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with hanging closet space and a large mirrored wardrobe in the master bedroom for storage. Both bedrooms have lovely garden views and have ceiling fans for added comfort. All bedding and bath towels are provided.

KITCHEN/DINING/LOUNGE
Open plan living with galley kitchen including Meile dishwasher and Bosch oven. The comfortable lounges are configured around the combustion fire and television with a separate dining table and study nook. All crockery and cutlery are provided for your use with special teas, plunger coffee and a coffee pod machine for added luxuries.

HEATING & COOLING
A reverse cycle air-conditioning unit is fitted in the lounge for year round comfort and fans in the bedrooms to cool you in the warmer months. The combustion fireplace is big enough to heat the whole house during the cold winter nights.
Firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied (from May through to September only).

BATHROOM
Featuring a large bath and separate shower, complimentary Molton Brown bathroom products are all included in the tariff for this property.

OUTDOOR
The securely fenced area is perfect for your pet to enjoy the holiday with you. To ensure that Bright Holidays is able to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure that you pick up after your pets. At NO time can your pet be left alone at the property so please ensure you have someone to dog sit if you plan on heading out.

LAUNDRY
Both a washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience however please use the communal clothesline behind unit 4 whenever possible. This is a cycle friendly property with hoses, buckets and brushes for washing bikes.

Off street parking is available for 2 cars.

Lovely peaceful spot

Clean & very comfortable. Lovely spot with a pretty back garden & a short walk to the river. Quiet but just a couple of minutes from the bustle of the centre of town. Big plus for us was the kitchen. (Due to food allergies, we cook & eat a lot at home, so a full kitchen with enough utensils, pans, etc was really appreciated.) Being able to bring our dog was a huge benefit too.

An excellent choice

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Tyntynder Cottage. It was all we could have wished for. The cottage is in a lovely, private location but close to town. We thoroughly enjoyed the abundant birdlife there, and our small dogs had a secure garden in which to play. All appliances and equipment were of a high quality. The booking process was easy and efficient. There were lots of special touches such as a beautiful Dog coffee book to enjoy as well as a basket of snuggly rugs for our dogs to use. The comfort of guests is obviously a high priority for the owners of the property. There is one thing I would like to mention - a hand rail in the shower would be much appreciated as we are mature aged people and we rely heavily on our hand rails at home.

arrived to pick up key , wrong key was in my envelope and letter was addressed to some else, huge breach of privacy. Arrived at property which had just been cleaned but the smell of bleach was over powering. Toilet was in such a tiny room that if you were a larger person you would struggle, as we struggled and we would consider ourselves as not on the larger size. Lovely wood heater, no wood when questioned was told wood was only available from the 1st May, this was not listed on the website or confirmation booking. Phots made the place look rather large in fact very tiny. Have used Stayz before with no issues but always dealt with the owner not a real estate agency.

Fabulous summer break

We had a fabulous stay in Bright and surrounds in this very comfortable cottage (couple + 1 kid + 1 dog). We loved the leafy outlook and proximity to the river, and range of nearby activities. Excellent base for a walking/biking/river swimming/relaxing summer holiday in the beautiful high country.

Quiet Leafy Location

Tucked away private chalet, beautiful surroundings.

Just a couple of minutes walk through woodland to the river and a 5 minute bike path ride to the town centre, the chalet itself was lovely. The safely enclosed garden and surroundings were where it really stood out. Even in the rain, it was gorgeous to just sit and look out at the greenery. Comfy beds and a fully kitted kitchen rounded it all out. My dog was particularly delighted with the garden.

No key was left as per the instructions given. Place was not clean at all, railing in bathroom fell off and almost injured us. Nothing at all was done about any of this when mentioned to staff. Still have not heard from them.

My friend and I adored this well equipped cosy 2 bedroom cottage.

Well appointed, clean, warm and cosy cottage with a gorgeous outlook to garden and short walk to beautiful Ovens River. We had a great stay and so did our well behaved toy poodles. Highly recommend.
