The location was great for us. Parking not being included was a pain & expensive, to have had a residents pass would be great. The flat was great, very alternative. Master bedroom bed was so comfortable just disappointed with en-suite, very cramped with no practical thoughts. If the main bathroom had a shower, that would have made our stay much more easy going as was very spacious, you don’t really get time to enjoy a bath so personally felt this was look before practically. We couldn’t use the rear garden as there was scaffolding up for an upper level property. No storage really for a comfortable stay, had to live out of suitcase that was constantly in the way. No dressing table or place to do hair & makeup. Skirting boards were not in place in 2nd bedroom which was not pleasant to look at & left very untidy. Overall, the alternative nature to the basement flat was loved, especially by our teenage kids so we would stay again. I would like to add that we felt like we stayed in a home & we all felt safe. Loved the crescent x

10/10 - Amazing flat

Absolutely blown away by this amazing stylish property, really cozy during our December stay. Traveled with my wife and children aged 4 and 4 months, we hadn't expected it to be child friendly but we were happy to find games and children's books. All the essentials are provided in the kitchen. The only negative was parking, it would be great if parking could be included for convenience rather than finding parking around town.

We loved it!

We had never stayed in a private owned apartment before but so glad we did, it was perfect. Just the space we needed for the four of us, (me, hubby, 6 year old and 2 year old) The kids even had a separate room which gave us all the space we needed. So comfy, fantastic decor, we didn't want for anything! The host had taken care of everything, there was a lovely kitchen with all utensils, microwave, washing machine if needed. (there was even lego and colouring books!) Located on a lovely private street about 10 minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants and coffee ! Cant wait to stay here again, next time we are in Brighton!

Can`t really single any one thing out,the apartment was excellent .Can`t say i disliked anything,just the parking arrangement was`nt ideal but that didnt spoil our stay.
