A bright seafront apartment with spacious living areas and a central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.

LIVING AREA
Overlooking a serene regency square, the living area has tonnes of natural daylight. With blues and greens and coastal themes, including furnishings by the Vintage Sofa Company, you'll find the sociable and light living room a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has a washer / dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with small freezer, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery, so you can easily cook up a brunch, lunch or dinner for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

Bedroom 1 en suite, double bed, sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2 zip and link beds, set up as a 2 singles but can made into a double on request, sleeps 2.

BATHROOM
The main bathroom has a shower, sink, LED mirror and toilet.

The apartment also features an extra separate toilet with sink and a shower room with sink.

Exciting News as the Exterior of the building is undergoing a small refurbishment: Please note that from 2nd June, scaffolding will be erected along the side wall and in the central vestibule area of the building as part of essential maintenance. All guest areas will remain accessible and operational throughout. Your stay won't be affected, but you may notice some activity during daytime hours. We appreciate your patience during this time, and thank you for your understanding.
