Cosy guest room in Kemp Town
My guest room has a double bed, open wardrobe, bedside tables with built-in USB ports for charging phones and tea/coffee-making facilities. Bathroom and toilet are just across the hallway.
My place is in a quiet block of flats on the second floor with a small lift for easier access. It’s close to the leafy Queen’s Park, a proper pub (The Round George’s), private school Brighton College and the Royal Sussex hospital. It’s a 7 minute walk to Brighton seafront, 15 minutes to the Pier and 20 minutes to the city centre. The lively Kemp Town area with pubs, bars and restaurants is just 10 minutes away.
I am LGBTQ+ friendly.
There is a balcony for smoking or sitting outside in nice weather.
