Breakfast times when busy was displayed on as board outside the breakfast room but in the morning. Can I suggest this information is displayed before breakfast is served. Then guests can organise themselves around the busy times. Stalina and the shorter dark haired lady from reception were very helpful and an asset to your hotel.

My stay was marred by appalling room service , “pizza & side salad” was completely inedible, the hoops I had to jump through to feed this back and eventually get a refund was ridiculous and completely marred my whole stay. I spent hundreds of pounds in the bar & restaurant during my stay but the appalling room service and then after service from the F&B mgr has tainted my whole experience.
