On arrival my room wasn't ready. I had to wait about 45 mins, but they kindly added this time (and more) to my departure time, which was excellent service & much appreciated. Think the young ladys name was Angel. Room/bathroom/kitchen were spotless. It was fairly quiet apart from kids playing lod music for a few hours Sunday night in the church grounds behind my suite. Had all the cooking equipment but I'd recommend they put a microwave cover & extra tea towel in suite. All in all a fantastic stay

Location was great, room was amazing, and Auris was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The only negative was that we were unaware that the discounted car parking is payable each time you leave the car park so we ended up paying twice for one day's stay

Disappointing. This place has the most ridiculous and unhygienic policy of charging you for towels, expecting you to use the same towel for 4 days straight. Also, the room faced a wall 50cm outside the window, so the room was perpetually dark and gloomy. Not the bright room with a leafy green view that I was offered when booking, and the wall-view should have been flagged on booking. Room itself was spacious and staff were friendly.

The welcome from reception was warm and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and quiet. It was lovely to have the balcony and windows to open for fresh air. When we thought there was an issue with the flush of the toilet a member of maintenance was with us within 15 minutes.

Room spotless very cosy staff fantastic everything close by the shops Fab layout of room washing machine and all in one tumble dryer. The most spotless bathroom on the planet. Shower was like new. This was our second trip and we will be back again. Huge shoutout to Angel and J for his name. Angel needs a medal. Soo nice and helpful.

Easy check in an helpful staff throughout our stay. Room was spotlessly clean. In a great location in the centre of Brighton and near the beach and attractions. Would definitely stay again. The only downside was that we found the room too warm (even with the heating off)
