From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by local vendor and is intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 3 vehicles. At the request of the town of Brighton to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest. This allows us to provide assistance if necessary and helps to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.

This peaceful Brighton vacation home is a mountain visitor’s dream, offering spacious yet cozy accommodations, a great location for enjoying nature, hiking, riding mountain bikes, and privacy. Split into a front and back house, this multi-level home is set in a quiet gated neighborhood near Brighton Ski Resort. Now featuring a mini-split AC unit in the front and back houses to keep cooler in the summer and a Tesla EV charging station! There’s nothing like a mountain getaway! The gourmet stocked kitchen offers guests a chance to practice their culinary skills. Utilize the front house as your personal office if you're taking a working vacation - the front house can be closed off if desired! Guests visiting for outdoor pleasure or working remotely are in a great location to enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

Four bedrooms are located in the larger Main House - a Primary Suite upstairs, a Queen bedroom upstairs, a main level room with two Queen beds, and a bunk room housing two XL Twin bunks with Twin trundles, and one Full/Twin bunk bed. The house is also equipped with baby gates for the youngest travelers in your group. In the front house across the hall, you'll find a gorgeous, open studio with a Queen Murphy bed, and a Queen bedroom upstairs. This front house also has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a separate WiFi modem, wood stove, and a smart TV - a great space for parents, couples, or anyone needing to work away from the rest of the group!

-Garage- Accommodates 1 car in winter, with a Tesla Universal Level 2 EV charging station.
LOWER LEVEL (Main House):
-Bunk Room- 2 XL Twin bunks w/ twin trundles + full/twin bunk across the room. There is a full bathroom ensuite
-Studio Bedroom- Two Queen beds, as well as a wet bar
-Lower Level Bathroom- Features a soaking tub, large steam shower w/ bench, and a TON of space! Great for a post-mountain cooldown (or warm-up!)
MAIN LEVEL (Main House):
-Kitchen- Beautifully updated kitchen with plenty of tools to prepare meals
-Dining Area- Dining table has seating for 10, 3 more seats at the counter
-Living Room- Complete with two couches, wood-burning fireplace, and smart TV
TOP LEVEL (Main House):
-Primary Bedroom- Queen bed + full bathroom ensuite
-Queen Bedroom- Private queen bedroom upstairs

Cousins and siblings reunited for annual ski trip. The property was roomy enough for all 9 persons attending. It was wonderful to cook and sit around with everyone. The skiing was close by and the weather perfect.

Great House for a Large Group

This high end house works really well for a large group of skiers. Plenty of common space, two kitchens, and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Ski in/ski out to Milly lift and plenty of equipment storage at the entrance. The owner is very responsive and helpful. You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous Family Ski Holiday

We LOVED our week at this house. It was perfect for our three families -- great public spaces, lots of private, away spaces. Terrific, well-stocked kitchen (with three refrigerators spread out over the house) for us and we cooked every meal the whole week. It was TOTALLY clean, thoughtfully designed with places for skis, boards, warming stations for gloves and socks, and perfectly suited for our needs. So much firewood chopped and ready to haul upstairs! And the location was ideal -- we walked back and forth to slopes several times a day (and into the night) for evening skiing. The property manager was super communicative and responsive, but we had no problems at all. If we could make any suggestions it would be 1. Something fun to do (pool table in the guest house?) for people to gather around and 2. More seating around the fire in the main house. We were 15 people and we needed a slightly larger area to hang out together. But those are small suggestions and we made do just fine! Thanks for such a great stay! We would love to come back!

Great Family Ski House

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Twin Pines Lodge. It was thoroughly stocked with everything we needed, in a beautiful location walking distance to Brighton Ski Resort, and has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 11. There are a lot of stairs to navigate as is noted in the write up, but even GG(great grandma) didn’t have trouble with them. The owner of the home was extremely helpful to us shoveling the copious amounts of snow that didn’t seem to stop falling, keeping the hot tub cleared and ready for us, and even bringing charging cables up to us when our car wouldn’t start. Truly lovely place and one we would all like to go back to one day. Thank you very much!

Amazing ski/snowboard vacation

This house is amazing for anyone that wants to ski and snowboard. The entrance way was perfect. With enough ski and snowboards racks to handle everyone's equipment. A boot dryer that fit all boots and enough hooks to hold everyone's jackets helmets and all equipment. The house is beautiful and it great shape. Hot tub was amazing. Thanks for everything.

TPL was more than I expected. Spectacular, plenty of room, well equipped and beautiful view. Was simply amazing.... hour or less to Park City, Snowbird and Alta. Brighton is walk to the lift and Solitude is maybe 2 miles down the hill. Will rebook - would love to stay in summer months!!

Gorgeous property with all the Amenities!!!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property that was walking distance to one of our favorite ski resorts!!! The views were spectacular and the house was amazing, we loved soaking in the hot tubs after a day on the runs!!! This house was packed with everything
 the gourmet kitchen, extra toilet paper/paper towels stocked in the supplies closet with extra space heaters, blankets, sheets and towels as well as shampoo and conditioner left for our convenience in the showers and more fire wood than we could burn in a month. Everything was thought of for our comfort!!! Communication was quick and helpful when needed from the property management and we had an excellent time!!! I will say this house is high in the mountains and they are not kidding when they say 4 wheel drive and traction devices on the tires are required!!! We stayed during a storm and even with that equipment we still had a rough time getting up the mountain. Can not wait to stay again, it was fabulous!!!

Luxurious Ski Vacation

This house had everything, and then some! Heated floors, three kitchens, six bathrooms, two hot tubs (although one was not working at the time of our stay), so many bedrooms and extra beds, and came extremely clean. The house was right at the base of Brighton Ski Mountain and close to Solitude as well. It was a stunning house and we would go back here any time!!

Fantastic rental. Very clean, plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large group. Short 100 yard walk to the Millie Lift, you can ski right back to the garage. House was stocked with all necessary kitchen supplies, paper products, firewood, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. 10/10 would definitely rent again.
