The staff and room was ok. I did a poor rating due to the fact that it was ok to deduct a fee of $100 being a holding deposit BUT for this to be refunded, will take up to 14 business days for this to be refunded back. We only stayed one night

When you are inside the room, you can hear the doors in the hallway bang quite loudly when they are being closed, which interrupts sleep. Perhaps some insulation might help.
