Okay for short stay. Road noise and no wifi or Optus reception make this tricky. Simple Accom and no hearing in winter so take some warm layers. Kitchen utensils need some attention.

Location, central to all you wish too do on the point side of the island, you can walk to all locations. Outside veranda, great for the winter northern sun. Kitchen, run the dishwasher through the day if you wont to sleep at night, you wont cut yourself with the knives, twelve different fork sets and five knife sets, yet adequate numbers, NO tongs at all, you tend to burn your hands when turning food on the BBQ with a fork.
Lounge room great size and well equiped with books and DVDs, TV is great if you only wish to watch 7 as the other stations are like watching a snow blizzard, in saying that the DVDs worked well through the TV.
Bathrooms, cracked tiles and grout lines in them, should check that water isn't getting through to the structure behind. if you intend using the on-suit toilet take your Rodeo outfit, the seat hinged point is broken and you'll do well to hold on. O not one peace of toilet paper in the place upon arrival, great starters pack. Bath rooms require a Major clean along with all the spider webs which are on both the inside and out side, been there a while by the look of the wild life entangled in them. With a bit of TLC and maintenance the Boatshed will be back to its glory days.
