Väldigt oklar information angående städning efteråt. Framgick inte när man bokade. Receptionen hjälpte till att boka taxi till flygplatsen vilket blev helt fel då vi fick en taxi för fyra när vi var fem. Höll på att missa planet och fick betala extra mycket för ersättningstaxin. Men utsikten var ok.

The noise from the roads and trains was very loud and impacted are stay. Our fire alarm went off during the middle of the night due to old batteries being in the smoke detectors, they did change them though no apologies from anyone for the situation which impacted us during that morning and for the rest of the day. Could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location! Close to museums and transport. Convenience store downstairs and a supermarket close by. The view is spectacular. However, there is room for improvement in the maintenance of the building. One of the three elevators was out of action for the whole week I was there, there was a problem with the TV antenna, the garbage chute wasn't working and one of the bathrooms near the pool was constantly closed. Also the wifi is very annoying as you have to keep logging back in. But overall a great place.

The CLLIX staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean. The gym was reasonable too. Unfortunately the windows and doors to the outside didn't seal properly, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The shower leaked all over the en suite floor. These apartments also seemed to be on the 'wrong side' of the tracks; there were quite a few people hanging around on the street outside that were high on drugs, particularly at night. One of them had left an uncapped used needle out the front of the apartment building next door.
