Great apartment - clean, spacious and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kooii Apartments. Our apartment was very spacious and we were lucky enough to be allocated the 25th floor, so our view was great. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. The rooftop terrace was a great place to meet our friends for drinks and the views were spectacular.

The property is in a great location and is very pleasant to stay in. Staff are great and very accomodating, please be aware there are a lot of homeless/rough sleepers in the area. Some might find it slightly uncomfortable. The area itself is like any big city. Not the hotels fault but something to consider when booking.

Perfect place to stay for our event at the RNA showgrounds being an easy walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful with our request to park the cars early. They even managed to have our room ready early so we could drop off our bags before heading to our event. The room was clean and spacious and although the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked we would definitely stay here again.

Aggressive, rude property manager. Organised maintenance activities during our stay that woke us up in the morning after a wedding we attended locally the previous night. Not worth explaining what happened in detail but we are so disappointed in the behaviour of that individual and affected our stay in Brisbane in such a negative way and this occured in front of our children. Will never stay again. Side note the lifts are difficult and you can wait up to 7 minutes before they collect you. We timed it. Overall a very negative experience

Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with lots to offer. Near the train station (runs direct to the airport) and great bus network. Only a 30 minute stroll into the city centre or down to New Farm.
