From check-in to check-out I would have to say it was one of the best experiences in all my years of staying in accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so accommodating and helpful as I needed to catch buses as my husband was in hospital. The room was immaculate and had everything you need for a short or long stay.. Everything from my late check in process to check out was great. The room had everything I needed. I am giving 4 stars only because there are maintenance issues such as stains and worn furniture. However, the room was spacious, water pressure was excellent, kitchen was fully equipped.

The overall stay was fine, check in was easy, the rooms felt clean although the place does need a bit of a refresher with wear and damage on walls and doors. The front entrance foyer was abit dirty and had a bit of a smell to it. The pool area was fine albeit a bit small but don’t go here expecting much of a gym as it’s just a single treadmill and exercise bike in a small room. This was classified as an 8 star on hotels.com but I would say it’s more of a 7 compared to other hotels in the area. Overall the important bits ( easy check in, bedroom/bathrooms/kitchen clean and tidy) so happy with the stay for the price I got in for!
