Our room was great. It was not explained to us that we could park at Reception to unload luggage. We made our way directly to the carpark then discovered we had to haul luggage up a flight of stairs. At our age (in our 70's) that was not a happy experience

Would never stay there again. Staff were not that helpful. We arrived around midday they changed us an extra $20 for an early check in. Greedy, they had lots of vacant rooms that we could see.

This hotel could be good but it’s not clean or well maintained. Disgusting bathrooms. Very shady people around when we returned after going out for dinner. No staff just a code provides as a room key so good luck if you need help during your stay

The fridge freezer was surounded with solid ice, overdue for a defrost. There was a beaded braclet behind bedside table, i left it, wasn't mine, obviously need better cleaning. You ask about staff, there wasn't any. I wouldnot call that sitdown takeaway food out the back a restaurant, they Complained everyone showed up at 8pm (thats because of flight times) and had limited options, i would suggest you promote club 5min walk down the road for a feed as an option.
