Hi Rhonda, We apologise we didn't have a spare moment to greet you. It was the Easter holidays, and we are often busy with our fishing business then. We appreciate you letting us know the dining chairs cushions need replacing, and we are sorry your allergies were affected. We are next door and had replacements we would have been happy to offer if we were aware. With all of the wet and humid weather we have had recently, all of the properties on the island have been affected. Thank you for pointing it out these things though, and we will do our best to communicate with our cleaner to make sure all of our guests are comfortable. It must be the right conditions for spiders, as we have had plenty too. Our cleaner may have missed one or two. She assures me she checks every clean. There is a replacement BBQ in the side outdoor area. The one on the patio though, we will attend to replacing the knobs and make sure the cleaner attends to the stainless steel BBQ to ensure it is cleaned each time. The roof is new, with no issues there, but the ceiling is original pressed chipboard from the 1980s, presenting a beach look. Perhaps you refer to it? It would be a large undertaking to replace that, and we will consider it. Unfortunately, carelessness has occurred where the fridge door is opened and hits the bench top. It is a good fridge and works well, however. The cabinetry below the oven is original from a well built 1992 kitchen, and the original oven must have had an issue at some point. However the current oven is not that old and works well. We will replace the pegs with new ones, and the cushions on the lounge. We have plans to replace the leather lounge very soon.
