Neglected, understatement. Advertising nothing closely resembling pictures. Room 107 stunk so badly. For the amount charged per night, extremely underwellming. Only thing going for it was the location.

Picked this hotel as close to airport. Checked in late, which was fine and easy. Late pick up at airport, returned to room around midnight, no hotwater for showers. Thought no problem, should be some in morning. No hot water. Went and informed staff, he continued to smirk and stated he had hot water. Staff wanted to blame me for not calling anybody late at night. Area is also full of druggies, saw a number of deals happen out the front and near the McDonalds. Dont go there.

This was not our first stay. My family and I always stayed here at chermside since I moved to study in Brisbane in 2015 this was always our stop for holiday or when they had come to visit me.

Room was neglected. The vinyl lounge is disintegrating and leaves black everywhere, it also has pet hair all over it. I pulled down and extra blanket to place on the lounge, it was filthy and smelt like vomit. The AC in bedroom hasn’t been cleaned a a long time, we washed the filters but whole unit needs cleaning. The bed linen was stained and torn. It had been ‘cleaned’ with dirty water and cloths as floors, mirrors and benches were sticky and smeared. The unit was tired but the lack of cleanliness let it down. Thankfully it was a one night stay. The staff were polite and friendly, housekeeping need to up their game.
