It is in a quiet and sunny location, with a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.the flat was renovated in 2015 and now has a new kitchen and a new bathroom with washing machine.the flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. The second flat is rarely used outside the school holidays and has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The flat also has a terrace with a seating and dining area, which is covered by a large sunshade. There is also a sunbathing lawn and shared use of the pool. Sun loungers are available and there is a car park. Pets are not allowed and the village centre can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by car in 5 minutes. There is also a bus stop two minutes' walk from the house, which is served on weekdays.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Die gute Raumaufteilung und vollständige Ausstattung haben uns überzeugt. Wir waren schon in einigen schönen Ferienwohnungen im Tessin, aber hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Würden jederzeit gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.
