So welcoming at all times
Clean but the suites are looking tired in places
That said I will not fault suite 2 it was the best comfortable bed I have stayed in
The shower room was great and the lounge was to die for
I will definitely return

Horribly disappointing

I stay in hotels around England every week and the Berkeley is my favourite by far. The little touches to make you welcome and feel cared for as well as the facilities and friendliness make it my best experience

Utterly delightful one night stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was perfect for a single traveller and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were all very professional and welcoming. The room was spacious nicely decorated and had everything needed plus nice complimentary extras. Couldn’t fault it would definitely return.
