This loft has a private entrance. The loft entrance is at the rear of the property. We have a dedicated parking lot, and the loft entrance is up the back wooden steps.

We are available as needed. I live in the adjacent loft and can be reached anytime through AirBnB message or text. We also own the stores underneath-Cranberry Lane, the Southern Churn and work there daily. Stop in and say Hi.

Our downtown is very walkable. The loft is located in the heart of historic downtown Bristol. If you have your own vehicle we have a dedicated parking space during your stay. There is also Uber/Lyft service. There are rental cars available at the airport. We have limited bus transportation downtown.

This gorgeous space is located on the second floor, and it's only 26 steps up to the Bordertown Loft!

During warmer weather months, there are several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11 p.m.

This building is over 100 years old, and we have beautifully, painstakingly restored it. You will enjoy lots of charm with a modern flair! We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft, you will discover exposed ceiling beams with plenty of character throughout.

We have a 3-night minimum for race weeks and a 2-night minimum for the Bristol Rhythm & Roots music festival. We use Airbnb Smart Pricing, and rates increase during peak times such as Rhythm & Roots Reunion and the two NASCAR race events throughout the year.
