The pictures clearly were photoshopped to make it look super appealing. Reality was a far cry from those pictures - felt a little deceived to be honest. As I drove to the hotel, I can only describe it as council estate looking - it’s super old and needs a real revamp. The car park next to it stinks of urine, the lift is temperamental and when not working you need to take the stairs which also looked like a crime scene. Did not feel safe at all. The room condition was old but fairly clean. Beds gave us backache, air conditioning machine was noisy. House keeping left the kettle with water in and the tray with cups were wet suggesting they did not clean this area. Cups had stains Staff at lobby were friendly and probably the only positive of the stay. The lady greeting us for breakfast was only interested in performing duties, no eye contact, no greeting. Breakfast was buffet style, adequate for needs but probably not worth the money. Better options in the centre. Location good, right in the heart of city centre. Extremely disappointed for a Marriott hotel.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was great. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Car park linked to it, had multiple cars broken into overnight and looked like this was a common occurrence given glass when we arrived in car park.

Check in they asked me to pay for breakfast yet my booking showed it as included. This took 10 mins to sort out ans wasted my time. Room very clean and the beds very comfortable but i expected a mini bar. We used the online reservation for drinks it said 30 mins but i called after 50 and the order hadnt gone through, 40 quid for drinks and i had tk chase and it took an hour. Breakfast was good snd checkout a drop off. Would stay again but hopw they sort out check jn isues.

Excellent overnight stop in Bristol Coty Centre. Courteous staff and very comfortable stay. Slight smell of drains in en-suite, but not such to spoil the overall stay. More regular teabags would have been welcome - only 2 for a double room!

Very nice hotel. Easy check in , room everything you need , including fridge and safe . Very central in Bristol to shops. Would recommend and will use again .

Room was not cleaned. Dirty bathroom, drink spillage down the side of the bed,beer bottle tops in the seat, hairs on the towels and in the bed, connecting room in my room so I can hear everything next door so very noisey when back at the hotel

Some of the staff at reception can bearly speak English, they don’t want to provide you with a receipt, the a/c in my room smelled really bad like feet! Beds are very hard and lifts are unreliable, the car park next door is unsafe 3 cars were broken into during my stay
