Nice room and lovely breakfast. Very accommodating for gluten free and vast assortment of choices. I was surprised that the new Travelodge in AbbeyWood bettered room in some ways with cushions for the room chairs and a coffee machine etc Very disappointed with the spa. It was very rundown outside and dirty I didn’t use the jacuzzi as it didn’t look clean. Lovely views from the reception area but we really froze at the wedding we attended at your hotel After 3 hours of thinking it would warm up we asked if the heating could be turned up It never got any warmer except under one area near the dance floor. I had to wear a coat for some of the evening and my husband went back to the room to put a T-shirt under his shirt and suit. Couldn’t remove his jkt all evening. Also I only got 4 canapés even though I tried desperately to have a few more This is not the standards we would expect from Hilton as have stayed with you from Niagara to London and they’re normally amazing

Arrived 6.30ish, got told the pool was closed to kids until 10.15 am, website says 10pm no mention of no kids! Ruined our plan, I picked the hotel because of the pool, half term too! Family friendly advertising etc, kids very disappointed. We ordered room service, menus are basic with poor description, we ordered sides to go with, mains arrived with sides! Costing us unnecessary extra, also meals arrived with out the condiments ordered so the guy went back and got some for us, for me to realise we had no cutlery! On his return he apologized and again went back for the cutlery. Some time later I was able to eat, salt pot was empty! Really! We had ordered 2 steaks, one was lovely the other tough as old boots! Definitely wasn't a fillet! At the time of writing this I've also been over charged at 1.45 in the morning for something, I showed reception but the had no idea, showing still as pending on my account, will email as requested.

I paid for my mum and partner after booking for myself and they had been given disabled bathroom the view then booked themselves a massage next day to turn up and find out its cancelled due to bereavement they got offered anither day but unfortunatley they would not be able to make it as it was a treat from me

Room was on the zero level which I have stayed in before on quite a few occasions - they are always cold, bathroom radiators don’t work and tv signal is awful and pixilated. Other than that the reception team, health club and restaurant were as good as usual

The room was warm, spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom didn’t have a bath, which my wife was disappointed about. But we enjoyed the shower. There was plenty of pressure and hot water was in abundance. A few cobwebs around the room, but could only see them in low light, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and there was no toilet brush. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were brilliant. The breakfast was lovely, though slightly overpriced. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. And hope to return one day
When my wife and I booked. There was only a twin room left available. We just pushed the beds together.. perfect. It made one gigantic bed
