Four star rating.

Nice location set in scenic grounds. Plenty of parking but it is an additional charge. The lift floors layout is strange if your room starts with a 3 your go to level 4 in the lift. Rooms starting with a 4 are on level 6. Check in was pleasant. The room itself was comfortable, well appointed and good amenities. Breakfast and evening meals are good.Check out was difficult and after two days I’m still waiting for the final balance and invoice to be emailed to me.

29th anniversary stay

It was brilliant it was our 29th wedding anniversary. Really great staff on reception, in the restaurant and bar very attentive. We were treated really well a very nice touch with our cheeseboard . Fantastic food in the restaurant and a nice few hours spent in the pool area very pleasant guy on pool reception extremely helpful. A really great breakfast fantastic variety well worth the money

Just good

Overall was good, unfortunately reception not given relevant information regarding our stay eg. I went to the main reception to ask if they have some lockers at the spa, I’ve said to them that I’m going to change and going to the spa, literally 10 min later went with my friend to spa and staff from reception over there said they are closing right now. Why the guy at the main reception not mentioned that they are closing soon?! Just a small things but make my stay very difficult. I would definitely make more effort and take more time to train properly staff
