Clean, comfortable and convenient airport hotel

Modern hotel with comfy beds next door to the airport. Food is good and there is a nice option to bag up continental items for early morning departures.

Very comfortable convenient hotel

Hotel is great, very convenient and comfortable. However breakfast was unusually cold on this stay, it is normally excellent, and with the construction work going on it was difficult to find our way to the hotel at 1.30am.. better signposting would be appreciated

Very uncomfortable/unfit for purpose sofa bed

Staff were fantastic. Double bed was fine, however the sofa bed- made out to a single was atrocious. Not sure if it’s been over used or was very cheap to start with but the bed was dreadful. Had an arch in the middle and springs sticking in your back. The mattress on the bed was incredibly thin. Staff came to the room and could see, just by looking at the sofa bed that it was not fit for purpose and brought duvets to pad it out a little. This didn’t help and no sleep was had by my husband (daughter refused to sleep on it) before our early flight. The room was expensive so expected comfortable beds. Should have saved £200 and driven through the night to the airport as sleep wasn’t gained by staying at the hotel unfortunately.

Stayed here the night before an early flight. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before our short walk to the terminal from the hotel. Great convenience, friendly service at check-in, and quality rooms. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Ideal hotel for early flights or in my case late arrival. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming and room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast again friendly staff and nicely laid out sitting areas.

Very decent airport hotel

Clean property with easy check in. Wake up call offered and delivered for early flight. Lovely staff in food areas with friendly order taking and bar service although always a bit of queuing on the occasions I used it. Waiting staff with food orders were excellent, friendly and very professional.

As close and easy as you can get to Bristol Airport when you have an early flight. Very good continental breakfast (including porridge!!!) from 4am. And the staff at this time of the day were in good spirits!
