Very nice except for staff Tiffany the manager of hotel was rude not around half the time she acted as if she wasn’t even sure if they had available rooms yet they did online as well so I ordered the room online thru Expedia she still said no clean rooms until 4am then it was pushed again till later me and my group were excited about Christmas Eve trip and tho I am a member I’m really disappointed in our treatment I almost left several times bc Tiffany the manager was rude I had no idea why she did not help us in any manner nor did we get our deposit for both rooms and idk who I need to contact but someone needs retrained now!

Great curb appeal, friendly valet, person that helped bring up our belongings. Great pool. Swim inside to outside. Nice and warm. Great outdoor hot tub. Dining was all inside casino? Im not sure. Would have like one without the loud music … but it is the hardrock casino. Nice to relax. Have fun.

the hotel is new and nice. the staff are undertrained. they screwed up my check-in. no apology. the tv didn't work this morning. took over 2 hours to get it fixed. no apology. no refund. they need a process engineer to trouble shoot their processes. finally, the valet charges $10 a day to park your car in an uncovered unsecured lot. total ripoff.
