Very nice hotel, good location close to cafes, shops and restaurants. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We booked a standard double which was a good size on the lower ground floor. The bed was comfortable, good powerful shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful

We were welcomed by a very friendly, helpful and smiley Italian lady. Location is great, room nice and clean, but a bit small. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but we had a pleasant stay. In short a pleasant stay!

Room was very good. Service was good. Everything very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the breakfast let things down. My eggs benedict was two poached eggs on bacon with a very small dish of hollandaise sauce. My wife's vegetarian breakfast looked like it had been standing around for a good while before serving. Needs improvement!

The room was clean in places, but finer details such as the shower and corners of the room had debris and collected dirt. The noise was the main concern as the floor boards and doors created a lot of noise around the building. The doors do not have anti slam mechanisms, causing them to slam loudly whenever anyone uses them. Didn’t get much sleep. Parking should also be free for guests.
