Our home is perfect for a stay with family or friends. With its sunny location, the house features a beautiful terrace with a pool.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by the modern decor and spacious rooms. The living area, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The accommodation consists of:

- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a large, comfortable sofa, perfect for TV nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. You’ll also have a spacious dining area for meals with family or friends.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: a kitchen island, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and everything you need for cooking.

- A BEDROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with high-quality bedding, a dressing area, and a desk area.

- A BATHROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Relax under a walk-in shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

- THREE BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS: Each features a standard bed (140x200cm) and a dressing area.

- A BATHROOM ON THE UPPER FLOOR: Relax under a walk-in shower or in a bathtub. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

- A MASTER SUITE ON THE UPPER FLOOR: A queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with high-quality bedding, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

- LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light—a washing machine awaits you at the property. You’ll also have everything you need to dry and iron your clothes.

- A PRIVATE OUTDOOR AREA: Enjoy special moments on the terrace, from morning coffee to cozy evenings with friends. A space dedicated to relaxation awaits you, complete with a barbecue and sun loungers, as well as a secure swimming pool (5×10 m) for cooling off. It will be open starting April 23, 2026.

## Access

Access to the property is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property offers parking in the courtyard or in the secure garage.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city on foot. You’ll find bus stops just down the street. Plus, you’re less than a 10-minute walk from the city center.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by phone until 11 PM in case of an emergency.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the property as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
